If you are a yoga lover or just curious about to find out more about this ancient art, then don’t miss this year’s Yoga Fest. The free event is taking place at outdoors by the lake at Dubai Internet City on 9th and 10th December. Each day, some of Dubai’s top teachers will be leading classes in various different styles of yoga, from Vinyasa Flow, Bikram and Full Moon to Hatha, Yin and Jivamukti. There will also be a dedicated meditation tent where you can pick up some top de-stressing tips. Dubai Internet City is located across the Sheikh Zayed Road from the business district of Tecom, home to The First Group’s three hotel apartment developments.
